HVAC Ride-AlongWith Kevin Kirchner of Book a call

How working together goes

It starts with a call. We talk, I look at how your shop works today, and then the fix is built for your shop.

Three steps

  1. Book a call. You talk to me, not a call center or a bot. I'll listen first.
  2. Show me your setup. I'll ask how your shop handles calls today, and where they slip.
  3. Get a fix built for your shop. What it looks like depends on how you work today. I'll tell you plainly whether I can help.

What waiting costs

Every week this waits, the same calls slip away: the one that rings while a tech is in an attic, and the no-heat call after dinner.

Those callers book whoever answers first. The job goes to another company, and so does the next tune-up.

Do the math with your own numbers: the calls you missed last week, times what one booked job pays.

What it costs

Missed calls on jobs and after hours

The launch price is on the home page, under What it costs.

Best for: HVAC shops whose techs can't get to the phone on a job or after hours.

What's included

  • One business phone number and one schedule
  • One to two weeks, starting when you give the go-ahead
  • Any running costs, shown to you before we start

Questions

What exactly do you build?

It depends on how you work today; we figure that out on the call.

How will I know it's working?

We count first. Before anything changes, I take a count of your missed calls. Then you get the same count each week.

Start with a call

Tell me how calls reach you today and where they slip through. You can also look through the common problems first.

If something else is on your plate, bring it to the call.
